" around 6:11. aaron and joe? >> thanks very much, tom. >>> right now a big overnight mess on the beltway is gone. but it was a much different story overnight. traffic right now is moving though again. >> while you were sleeping wires came down on the highway forcing crews to shut down that road between i-66 and route 7. news 4's tracee wilkins has been live on the scene all morning long. tracee, we could still see problems from this little issue, right? >> reporter: yes, we could. they need to do more repairs. could you imagine, if they didn't get the power lines up, what the traffic would have been like? but they did make a temporary repair. the infamous power lines we've been talking about all morning long. there's the power line up again because they were able to tighten it by pulling it up on the west end and getting it up off the highway for now. this is just a temporary repair. dominion is going to come back and do a more permanent one. they're going to figure out a later date to do that at a time when it's not going to impact the traffic on the beltway. let me show you the backups

the times plant as you approach bladensburg road. and on the rails, big delay. this is on the marc. brunswick east, train number 890, your delay is 21 minutes. i'll be back in ten minutes with another update. back to you, joe and aaron. >> danella, thank you. >>> new from overnight, holy cross hospital is fully operational now after a fire caused evacuations there. montgomery county fire investigators tell us that a heating and air conditioning unit outside the building caught fire around 11:15 last night. smoke got inside the third floor, which includes the maternity ward. hospital staff moved some patients to another part of the building while fire crews put out the flames. fire crews say no patients were in any danger. >>> the august 2nd deadline is many looin looming, and there is still no debt limit compromise. president obama will hold another press conference to update the nation on his efforts to increase the limit. melissa mollet with more on what the president is expected to say. >> that news conference is scheduled at 11:00 this morning. this comes amid new hope a deal c
